Mayan Giveaway Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

The prize award is valid for two people, based on double occupancy, with all-inclusive plan for 5 nights and is valid from October 11 thru November 25, 2009; from November 29 thru December 20, 2009; and from April 20 thru December 23, 2010. Not valid on holidays and blackout dates. Valid passports are required for travel to Mexico. Round trip air from Seattle to Cancun for two people, based on availability for lowest rates, is included. Above travel is valid for this promotion only, is non-transferable and has no cash value.
You must be a legal US resident at least 18 years old or older with a valid Washington picture ID and U.S. Social Security number as of the start date and time of a contest, and a resident of one of the following counties: Chelan, Douglas, Okanogan, or Grant County--- Employees of SUNNY FM, its licensee, its parent corporation, subsidiaries and affiliates, their advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the Chelan, Douglas, Okanogan, and Grant counties, members of their immediate families and/or households are ineligible to participate or win. ---All tax and other liabilities incurred as a result of any prize are the sole responsibility of the recipient. No purchase necessary. Any prize award or prize certificate not claimed within thirty (30) days of winning will be forfeited by the winner. --- All prize awards or prize certificates may be picked up at the offices of SUNNY FM Wenatchee (33 N. Chelan Ave., 98801), or alternate point of designation, as determined by SUNNY FM. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its loss. SUNNY FM is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.---Winner agrees to release SUNNY FM, its licensee, its parent corporation, subsidiaries and affiliates, their advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, and representatives of each of them from any claims relating to the prize or contest prior to acceptance of the prize. --- By participating in the contest, winners (and their guests, if any) agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize. --- Any winner who receives one or more prizes with a combined value of $600 or more in a calendar year will be required to execute a release form and a Form W-9, and will be issued a Form 1099 for the fair market value of the prize. The winner will be required to provide valid WA picture ID and social security card.---Any winner who receives a cash prize (regardless of dollar amount) will be required to execute a release form, a Hold-Harmless Agreement, and a W-9 Form. The winner must provide a valid WA picture ID and proof of social security number in order to accept prize. --- To the extent that any prize consists of airline tickets and/or hotel reservations, SUNNY FM is not responsible for any cancellation, postponement, or overbooking. ---Unless we inform you otherwise, contest prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. --- SUNNY FM has the sole discretion to terminate a contest at any given time, change the rules of or extend the dates of a contest upon notice. --- SUNNY FM reserves the right to substitute prizes of greater or equal value and requires contest winners to sign a winner release form for prizes valued at $600 or more. Decisions of station management with respect to contests are final. --- SUNNY FM, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process. SUNNY FM is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest, or in the announcement of a prize.-- Official contest rules are available from SUNNY FM during normal business hours. --- SUNNY FM reserves the right to make changes, amend, or clarify contest rules at any time. SUNNY FM is not responsible for In-store entries that may be lost, stolen, mangled, illegible, incomplete or late entries.
